In Dunton’s Athenian Mercury, No. 29, vol. vi., a question is asked as to the value of the MS. Angliæ Sanctæ et Catholicæ, Auctore D. V. Edwardo Bradshaw de Mancestria, Anglo, Sacræ Theologiæ Candidato, Catholico Romano. The author was the second son of Roger of Bradahaigh of Haigh, and is sometimes called “The Deaf.” (Palatine Note-book, vol. i., p. 221.)(7)
