A
Commission was granted by the Bishop of
Lichfeeld for the dedication of the chappell yard of Didsbury, within
the parish of Manchester, for the, buriall of such as died of the Pestilence in
that hamlet, and in neigboring hamlets, in the chappell-yard there, because of
their distance from the parish church of Manchester."
